Hello everyone,
For the month of January, what do you think about these changes? Combining all cardio, strength, and stretching as an hour and still 10 points? Having a daily bonus that will consist of a category chosen at random. If you have completed that category you get five extra points. Also if you don't want to do it anymore that's perfectly fine just let us know. Let's just try to stop the fudging... zucchini bread a veggie, shopping cardio, etc. Let put in an honest and worthwhile effort. As far as workouts go they should be something that is an activity that you normally wouldn't do. For example: I couldn't count walking to campus and back as cardio. I do that anyways, but running at night is a different story. I don't normally just jump on my feet for a nice jog, so that would be a cardio workout!
