Hi everyone! I just wanted to get your imput and ideas on a few situations we have.

#1- What do you think we should do if someone (mostly Wah) doesn't have time to workout. If he is going to work at 6 and working til midnight I don't think he should be punished if he is providing for his family. Does anyone have ideas what we could do in the situation. Some suggestions have been to make eating healthy more points for him, having his partner make up the time he wasn't able to work out, giving him the points if he has a good track record of working out on the other days giving him the points. Let me know what you think. I want to make it so it's fair for everyone.

#2- What about when people are sick? Any ideas here?

#3- As far as candy and sweets use your best judgement.

Thanks for your help. If you have any other concerns or things you want changed let me know. It's been fun having some motivation and a reason to workout:)

  1. I also think Kevin is cute. I don't have any problem giving people who work 18 hour days or who are sick points. But we should stop short of telling everyone that if they are busy they can take the day off at their own whim. In some instances we are legitimately busy (like Cute Kevin) but if I decide to watch American Idol and go visit a friend, I may think I am busy but in reality I just have different priorities.

With that said, do whatever you feel good about. I am motivated by my own health and my love for almonds and baby carrots.

  3. I agree that cute Kevin should get his points. I also agree with G that we need to get our priorities in a row. You could kill two birds with one stone and workout with a friend ;) G I love your posts!
